Privacy Policy

Sygma Sound respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit sygmasound.com, submit a booking inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event type, event date and time, venue or location, estimated guest count, budget range, service selections, music preferences, special requests, and other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, approximate region, and security or server-log information. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used to deliver and protect the site.

2. How we use information

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated marketing unless you separately choose to receive such communications.

3. How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to inquiries, including website hosting, content delivery, security, form-delivery, and business-email providers. These currently include Web3Forms for inquiry delivery and Microsoft 365/Outlook for business email. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking

The site currently uses only technologies needed for core operation, delivery, and security. It does not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in that form of tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how the site operates. If nonessential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required choices will be updated.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Unbooked inquiry information is normally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Records associated with confirmed clients may be retained for the period required for business, tax, insurance, and legal obligations.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted by emailing info@sygmasound.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also decline to submit the form and contact us directly by email.

8. Children’s privacy

The site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site when appropriate.
