These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sygmasound.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Website purpose

The site provides general information about Sygma Sound’s mobile DJ and event-entertainment services and allows prospective clients to submit inquiries. Website content is informational and may be updated without notice.

2. Inquiries are not confirmed bookings

A submitted inquiry does not reserve a date, create a client relationship, or form a service contract. Availability, scope, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, and other event requirements are established only through a separate written service agreement accepted by Sygma Sound and the client, together with any required payment.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, unlawful, or unnecessary personal information through the inquiry form.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent or abusive inquiries, scrape the site in a manner that burdens its operation, or use its content in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Sygma Sound name, logo, visual identity, website design, copy, graphics, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Sygma Sound and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal or legitimate business-evaluation purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content without prior written permission.

The site may depend on or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete. Event services themselves are governed by the applicable written service agreement, not these website terms.
